Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Apollo Markets (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Apollo Markets provides simulated trading evaluations and simulated funded accounts. Every account uses simulated funds. You never trade real money through the Service, you never place orders on any real exchange, and no real position is ever opened on your behalf. Prices shown are derived from third-party market data.
The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or gambling operator, and nothing on it is financial, investment or trading advice. Simulated performance does not guarantee or predict real trading results.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Limits published in the Service (for example the number of concurrent accounts per person) are part of these terms.
4. Fees, evaluations and payouts
Evaluation and reset fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Evaluations are governed by the published rules (profit target, drawdown limits and related parameters) shown in the Service; those rules are applied automatically and identically to every account. Payouts under the profit-share program are subject to the published payout rules, an identity check, and review for rule violations. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where the published rules or applicable law say otherwise.
5. Fair use
You agree not to: exploit bugs, latency or data errors; use multiple identities to evade account limits; interfere with or reverse engineer the Service; use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide; or use the Service where doing so is unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and may void results obtained through them.
6. Availability and data
The Service depends on third-party market data and infrastructure and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; we may correct simulated balances, positions or results affected by data or system errors.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits — simulated or otherwise.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
